QuizSmart provides an AI-powered quiz generation service that allows users to upload PDF documents and create quizzes, flashcards, and study materials automatically.
3. User Accounts
Registration: You may use some features without an account. Creating an account requires a valid email address.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload copyrighted material without permission
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Resell or redistribute quizzes generated for commercial purposes without permission
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise our systems
5. Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the quizzes you create. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.
Our Content: The QuizSmart service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by QuizSmart.
6. Credits and Payments
Credits: Quiz generation requires credits. Credits are non-transferable and purchased credits do not expire.
Payments: All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Refunds: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase for unused credits. Contact support@quizsm.art.
7. AI-Generated Content
Quizzes are generated using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Users should review quizzes before use. QuizSmart is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated questions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIZSMART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
